Refunds & cancellations
7-day money-back promise
If JobMatch doesn't work for you, write to contact@optionallabs.com within 7 days of your purchase from the email address you paid with, and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days after we approve them.
- Once refunded, the license key stops working.
- After 7 days, passes are not refundable, except where the law requires it or JobMatch failed to work because of a problem on our side that we couldn't fix.
- Try before you buy: the free trial lets you test JobMatch on your own computer first.
Cancellations
There's nothing to cancel: passes are one-time payments and never renew or charge you automatically. Your pass simply ends on its last day.
Payment taken but no key?
If money was deducted but you didn't get a key, write to us with your Razorpay payment ID. We'll send the key, or refund you if the payment didn't complete.
