Terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Chandan Kumar Dash, trading as Optional Labs ("we", "us") for the JobMatch app and website. By buying or using JobMatch you accept them.
1. What you get
A JobMatch pass lets you use the full app on one computer for the length of the pass: 3 months (92 days) or 1 year (365 days) from the day you buy it. Buying again before a pass ends adds the new pass after the current one. Passes do not renew or charge you automatically. When a pass ends, the app returns to the free trial view.
Before buying, you can use the free trial: a limited number of searches that each show your top matches.
2. Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use JobMatch on one computer while your pass is valid. You may not share, sell or publish your license key, or try to bypass the license check. If you change computers, contact us and we'll move your license.
3. What JobMatch does, and doesn't
- JobMatch searches public job listings on third-party job boards from your computer and ranks them. It does not apply to jobs for you.
- We don't control the job boards. Listings may be out of date, incomplete or wrong, and a board may limit or block searches at any time. When that happens JobMatch tells you and shows results from the other boards.
- Match scores are estimates to help you decide what to look at first. JobMatch does not guarantee interviews, offers or employment.
- Use JobMatch for your own job search. You are responsible for following the job boards' terms when you use their sites.
4. Fair use
Don't use JobMatch to collect listings in bulk for resale, to overload job boards, or for anything unlawful. We may end a license that is used this way, without a refund.
5. Payments
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Refunds follow our refund policy.
6. Updates
Updates released while your pass is valid are included and install automatically.
7. Liability
JobMatch is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current pass.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first; most problems are quickly solved by email.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from its effective date; changes don't reduce what you already paid for.
